Tester works. The cooler does not always start spinning when the temperature rises, you have to start it with your hands. Removed the radiator, the transistor under it does not look very similar to the original one, judging by the mirror substrate it may be a fake, but it still works. Loaded on 150W, about a minute, it works, the transistor heats up quickly, the temperature reached 60 degrees and continued to grow despite the working fan.
